Shipping
At Flight Path Live, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
UK Orders
- We aim for next working day delivery where possible.
- Orders are fully tracked.
- You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
- International orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or customs.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories.
- Show no signs of misuse or damage.
Activated Devices
Please note that once a tracker has been:
- Charged,
- Bound or linked to a user account,
- Activated,
- Used in flight or field tested,
it may no longer qualify for a change-of-mind return.
This is because activated devices cannot always be resold as new. Any return of an activated device will be assessed individually upon inspection.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or develops a manufacturing defect.
Warranty
All Flight Path Live trackers are covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your device develops a fault during normal use, please contact us and we'll help troubleshoot the issue. If required, we'll arrange a replacement under warranty.

- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible.
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
